How To Order In 4 Easy Steps:

1. Take your measurements using our specific guidelines (found on our measurements tab). Note: submitting measurements not taken with our technique might result in improper fit when you recieve your items.

2. Browse through our site for your desired items, or call us and we will do the shopping for you.

3. If shopping on  your own, call us with the SKU number of your choice. If we are shopping for you, we will give you SKU numbers to look at on the site.

4. Once fit is confirmed, call us to order at (304) 552-7216. Note: we do not offer online ordering.

Shipping Items for Review:
Before shipping, we require that the total cost of all shipped items be held on a credit card.  We authorize the charge on the card, but do not process it until you tell us what you want to keep out of the box. We do not recommend holding charges on a debit card, since doing this will result in a hold being placed on funds in your checking account.  We ask that you return any unwanted items within seven days.  We release the hold on the card when returned items arrive here.  We reserve the right to to process the charge for all items not returned in a timely manner.

Shipping:
We usually ship via FedEx Ground, but are happy to ship with UPS or USPS if you so desire.  Please let us know if your shipment is time-sensitive and we can ship overnight or next day.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express and use Mercury Pay Systems to process charges.  If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.

The items we offer are custom tailored and don't conform well to normal street sizes, so to make sure that the items will work for you, we will need measurements. The "Contact Us" page is the easiest way to get your measurements to us. After reviewing the information below, please take a few minutes to submit your measurements to us from the contact us page.

Here's how we measure suits:

SS -- Shoulder to Shoulder: Measuring from the back, place tape arm seam to arm seam, at 1" below shoulder. DO NOT MEASURE POINT TO POINT!

SW-- Shoulder to Wrist: With arm straight, measure from edge of shoulder at top of the arm to 2" past the wrist.

NW-- Nape to Waist: Measuring from the back, take tape from the bottom of the collar to the natural waist (on an existing suit, measure to the"arrows" at the top of the pleats).

NK-- Nape to Knee: Measure from the bottom of the collar to the bend of the knee in back.

C -- Chest: Measure around fullest part of the chest, at nipple line.

W -- Waist: Measure at the natural waist, 1" above the navel, or the thinnest part of the physical waist.

IS -- Inseam: Standing barefoot on the floor, measure from groin, inside leg, past ankle to the floor. DO NOT ADD ADDITIONAL LENGTH TO THIS MEASUREMENT!

TH -- Thigh: Measure around top of leg exactly 4" below top of leg.

CA -- Calf: Measure around bottom of leg exactly 4" below knee.

HIP -- Hip: Measure seat at widest part of buttocks.

R -- Rise: Measure from navel to crotch.

G -- Gloves: Measure around hand just below fingers at the knuckles, do not include thumb. Then measure the length of the middle finger to fingertip.
