Shipping Policies

How To Order In 4 Easy Steps:

  1. Take your measurements using our specific guidelines (found here).
    Note: submitting measurements not taken with our technique might result in improper fit when you receive your items.

  2. Browse through our site for your desired items, or call us and we will do the shopping for you.

  3. If shopping on your own, call us with the SKU number of your choice. If we are shopping for you, we will give you SKU numbers to look at on the site.

  4. Once the fit is confirmed, call us to order at (304) 552-7216. Note: we do not offer online ordering.


Shipping Items for Review:
Before shipping, we require that the total cost of all shipped items be held on a credit card. We authorize the charge on the card but do not process it until you tell us what you want to keep out of the box. We do not recommend holding charges on a debit card since doing this will result in a hold being placed on funds in your checking account. We ask that you return any unwanted items within seven days. We release the hold on the card when returned items arrive here. We reserve the right to process the charge for all items not returned in a timely manner.

We usually ship via USPS but can ship via FedEx or UPS if you desire. Please let us know if your shipment is time-sensitive and we can ship overnight or next day.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express and use Mercury Pay Systems to process charges. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.

Privacy Policy:
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
